Questions about Holosync

Postby sammigirl02 on Sat Feb 06, 2010 3:53 pm

Hello Everyone. I have been listening to the binaural beats and they have been really relaxing me. It's only been a week since I started and I have seen small changes, and I'm looking forward to seeing some significant ones in the future.

I had a question about holosync. I have been reading a lot about it on the internet and wondered if it was worth looking into or if listening to the binaural beats alone be sufficient? Has anyone had experience with holosync, and if so, what's your take on it?

Will listening to binaural beats or isochronic tones alone be sufficient or should I also consider purchasing holosync? What's the difference between the two? Any advice on this is appreciated.

Commercial programs do not add much by way of technological superiority to binaural beats as the science behind it is pretty open and simple. In fact using programs like SBaGen you can create sequences for yourself that are far superior than the commercial ones.

Like any other personal development program, the most important factor for getting the best out of it is perseverance and the discipline for sticking to a program. Holosync provides this by way of good follow-up program, tele-support etc. and makes sure that you are on course. Some people may find this useful.

What is available for free can keep you going for a long time. Later on, if you can, try to build your own sequences. Keep the commercial option for the last.

Thank you. Any recommendations on software or downloads to create my own isochronic tones?

You can use "Neuro Programmer" to create isochronic tones. I know there is a lot of information out there which says isochronic tones and monaural tones are better than binaurals. Unfortunately mosts of the so called research papers on both binaural and isochronic tones are put up or funded by makers of commercial software.

I have tried them all and found binaural beats to be the most effective. The best way to know though is to experiment and convince yourself.

Good luck.

Thanks for the info. I have actually been listening to both binaural and isochronic. I listen to 30 minutes of binaural beats in the morning and 30 minutes of isochronic tones in the evening before bed. I'm still in the experimental stage, but so far I've enjoyed them both.

When choosing Isochronic tones, pick pure Isochronic tone tracks. Mixing other sounds in background with them reduce their effectiveness. The same goes for Monaural beats.
