One voice starting at 20hz /280hz base moving down and splitting into 4 voices at around 4mins. 2.5hz /120hz, 3.5hz /150hz, 10hz /240hz & 12hz /250hz. Voices eventually converge at around 19mins.
After getting extremely stressed out and depressed these past few months, I'm pleasantly surprised at the effect this bb had on me. I was specifically looking for something to help improve my mood, and well so far so good.
If multiple voices converge at a specific frequency does this increase brain entrainment? The brain isn't a static 1 dimensional object, there are many components and I wonder just, for eg. sub-harmonics, if starting the entrainment at multiple frequencies to try and 'entrain' the separate parts to the target freq. if this would be possibly more effective?
quoted from other sources:
"2.5 Hz - Production of endogenous opiates (pain killers, reduce anxiety)
3.5Hz - Feeling of unity (remedy for depression / anxiety)
10 Hz - Enhanced serotonin release. Mood elevation, arousal, stimulant"
